P400-02 Approval Authority Purchase orders and Programs (P400-02)


Description
The following Policy establishes a framework for the internal review and approval of Purchase Orders and Program offerings. Attached hereto as Table 1 and Table 2 (and forming part of this Policy) which is an Approval Authority Matrix (the “Matrix”) identifying the approvals needed for Purchase Orders. Programs are handled outside of the Matrix and as detailed below within this document.
